So I saw this post from Katydid and Kid about making an organizer from a cereal box and it looked so simple and uses materials I'm sure just about everyone already has on hand! (a cereal box, scrapbook paper, glue/mod podge)
And it was easy. All I did was cut a cereal box in half at different heights on each side. Then covered the box with cute paper. I used mod podge to make the paper stick and it worked well for me!
And here's my new, more organized sticker storage! It now sits on my desk. I can see them so much better now too - so maybe I'll use them some more!
This would be great for so many other things as well, like mail or other small important papers. :)
What a great idea to use something you were just going to throw away! I have been wanting to find something to sort my mail in and this seems like the perfect solution.

wow! Looks great! What a neat idea! Did you do two different ones or just fold the one box in half at the cut line?
ReplyDeleteThanks! :) I just used one cereal box, and cut the two sides with about an inch different in height and then the small sides I cut on an angle...if that makes sense! :) Let me know if you have any other questions, also the tutorial I linked too is very detailed on measurements and such if you want to check that out!
DeleteThis is a really neat idea! Thanks for sharing it. I'm following you on the Linky follower and also BlogLovin. Best wishes, Linda
ReplyDeleteMy beside the phone clutter could definitely use one of these!
ReplyDeleteFantastic! I love using items that would normally be thrown away. You're being featured. :)
ReplyDeleteYay! Thanks! I feel so special :)
DeleteHi! I found you through Serendipity and Spice. I think this is a great idea. Who doesn't have papers or crafting supplies that need corralling? I am your newest follower!
